Our ebook is provided exclusively in PDF format. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure their device or software can open the PDF file. We recommend checking your device’s compatibility before purchasing.

Download Issues
If you experience any technical difficulties in downloading or accessing your ebook, please reach out to our customer support team at support@standoutcreator.com. We will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly.

Accidental Purchases
If you accidentally purchased an ebook or made a duplicate purchase, please contact our support team within 48 hours of the transaction. In rare instances, store credit may be provided for future purchases.

Unauthorized Use

If you believe your purchase was made fraudulently or without your permission, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the matter and take appropriate action.

Refund Policy

For Digital Products (Ebooks)

No Refunds
All ebook purchases are non-refundable. Once an ebook is purchased and downloaded, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. Please review the ebook details, including any sample content, before completing your purchase.

Customer Satisfaction
We strive to provide valuable and engaging content. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of your order, and we will do our best to resolve your concern, including offering store credit or exchanges where applicable.

Merchandise Policies

For Physical Products (Merchandise)

At Standout Creator, we partner with Printify for high-quality, print-on-demand merchandise. Below are the terms governing the purchase, return, and exchange of merchandise sold through our store.

  1. Order Processing and Shipping
    All merchandise orders are processed and fulfilled by Printify. Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days, after which they are shipped directly to you. Shipping times vary based on your location and selected shipping method. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

    • Estimated Shipping Times:

      • U.S.: 5-10 business days

      • International: 10-20 business days
        Please note that these are estimates, and actual delivery times may vary.

  2. Custom and Personalized Items
    All products are made to order. As such, custom and personalized items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in cases of defects or damage.

  3. Returns and Exchanges
    Due to the print-on-demand nature of our products, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges unless the item you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our support team at support@standoutcreator.com within 7 days of receiving your order with the following:

    • A clear photo of the product showing the issue.

    • Your order number and a brief description of the problem.

    Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

  4. Refunds
    Refunds are only issued for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. If a refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

    Non-Refundable:

    • Items lost in transit (if the wrong address was provided by the customer).

    • Products returned without contacting our support team first.

  5. Order Cancellations and Changes
    Once an order is placed, it immediately goes into production. Therefore, cancellations and changes are not possible after the order has been submitted. Please double-check your order details (sizes, colors, shipping address) before finalizing your purchase.

  6. Shipping Costs for Returns
    In the event of an approved return (for damaged or defective items), Printify will cover the return shipping costs. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees for any other reason.

  7. Customs and Import Duties
    International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may apply when receiving their order. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs.
